An historic experience by the Great Falls National Park, America Mall, and New York City. Group travelers budget The space This is one of the oldest homes in New Jersey Jersey. It’s over 200 years old and on the national historic register. It has been a three decade journey to restore it. Your room formally is part of the downstairs quarters which served as a place to do dressmaking, set food preserves, store Silver and China, laundry and a lot more. All of that has now been converted and I hope you’ll enjoy your stay. It is accessed either from the pool area or from the upstairs kitchen down two different sets of stairs. Access to upstairs kitchen, and breakfast nook to eat. Guest access You have access to the garden, but not the pool, which is separately booked out During your stay You won’t interact with other guests because your room is set apart Other things to note Large TV with desk and private bath . You may encounter our one elderly little dog in the morning or evenings as they play in the garden. Note that there is ALTERNATE side of the street parking on Thursday, Thursdays, and Fridays. This means you can park in front of the house on Thursdays but across the street on Fridays. You have access to different types of buses, including New Jersey transit, and the white jitney buses to New York City and elsewhere. Most are within a two or three block radius. It is a short 20 minute walk or a five minute Uber ride to the train station or land rail stations!!
