Unbeatable central location with partial ocean views from the lanai. This air-conditioned condo is in the heart of Kailua-Kona Village. Guests can walk to the beach, Kailua Pier, restaurants, shops, the farmer's market, and bars in minutes. Be where the action is! This location is especially convenient for the Ironman Triathlon. One parking space is provided. The Seafarer's Lodge is also solar-powered to reduce your carbon footprint! Many recent upgrades, including new AC, flooring and decor. The condo complex has a salt water swimming pool and grill/deck picnic area. The Seafarer's Lodge has an assigned covered parking space. Please only park in the assigned space. You get the entire 1-bedroom condo to yourself. We have snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards for your convenience. On-island contact is available by phone and owner can be contacted via text or phone. The neighborhood is the historic Kailua Kona Village. Restaurants and bars at the waterfront are only a few minutes walk away. The beach where the Ironman Triathlon starts is also a few minutes walk away. Grocery stores and the Farmer's Market are also walking distance. Public transport available. One parking space provided. You can walk to anywhere in Kailua-Kona Village from the Seafarer. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (e.g., tobacco, vape, or marijuana) in the condo, lanai and all common areas except for the designated smoking area in the parking lot out front. We enforce this smoking ban for the health and safety of our guests, many of whom have allergies or sensitivities to smoke. We will assess a $500 cleaning charge for smoking violations. Also, we do not allow pets of any kinds. The condo association in charge of the building prohibits vacation rental guests to bring pets of any kind. Violations will result in a no-refund cancellation the violator's stay. Building quiet hours are between 9PM-9AM. Please be considerate to our neighbors. Please Note: You will need to ascend one flight of stairs to access the condo. Check-in available at 4PM. Check-out at 10AM. Please rinse off sand in the pool area before returning to the Seafarer's Lodge. Please turn off air conditioning when you leave the Seafarer's Lodge, and help us reduce wasteful usage of electricity.
