The dining room is spacious and seats eight comfortably. It opens onto the kitchen with the washer and dryer tucked in the old pantry. Upstairs has four bedrooms. Three overlook Eel Pond. The Master is spacious with a queen bed, six large windows, and tons of closet space. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the fourth room has a trundle bed that pops up to make a queen bed. The attic is finished and accessible by a staircase. This room has two skylights and is a nice room for kids to play or have an indoor slumber party. The main floor has a powder room and the second floor has a full bath with a new large marble vanity. The back yard is spacious and grassy, exterior freshly painted. There is a small deck and BBQ plus an outdoor shower. So why the great price? The house has had extensive renovations but it still needs work, the kitchen is "rustic,", and the second deck in the back is not currently usable. (These renovations will be completed for 2018) We have new stainless steel appliances installed in the kitchen, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, ample pots and pans, plenty of glasses and plates and a lobster pot with all the lobster tools. Come enjoy and make great memories! Two restaurants, the Leeside, now called Quick Hole and the Captain Kidd/Waterfront, are newly renovated with fabulous food and views. Walk to Stoney Beach for a swim, the Aquarium for seal gazing, or Woods Hole Park for tennis. Bike the Shining Sea Bike Path, or linger on the wraparound front porch taking in breathtaking sunsets over Eel Pond. The Ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard is right in town (10 minute walk). No public transportation. You can get a cab (or even Uber), but it sometimes takes a little while.
