This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else.
