Guest access Guests have access to all three levels of the home – basement, main floor, and upper sleeping floor – as well as the driveway, patio, and backyard, except for the locked storage closet/room. Other things to note - The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others). - Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked - We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. - After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home. - By completing the booking, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete details regarding the guest screening will be provided by the property manager. You will receive the screening instructions directly through Airbnb messaging.
