All entrances and indoor spaces are completely private. The only shared space is the outdoor shower, located in the rear of the property, which is shared with the downstairs unit for convenience after beach days. Other things to note This unit is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manager, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you're automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection. The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit.
