Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi and access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. We also have a covered front porch and a 3-story balcony/staircase at the rear of the property with views of the Absecon Inlet. Other things to note A few things to note about the house: 1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please advise before booking your reservation. 2) We have two smart TVs in the house. One on the 1st floor, and one on the 3rd floor. Please note that we do not have cable TV. 3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we may have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying. 4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21. 5) Please also note that while fully renovated, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace. 6) As noted above, we do not have off-street parking, but street parking is generally easy to find right by the house.
