Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note SUMMER SEASON!! This unit now provides 4 beach tags per your arrival that are located in a bowl in the kitchen area. As well, there is a shed in the back LEFT of this property. ( NOT THE SHED ON THE RIGHT) This is a shared shed between your unit and the unit above you. IN THE SHED: Umbrella 4 Beach Chairs 4 Beach towels As the signs state in the shed please only take the listed amount of beach supplies for your unit. TV We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable. PARKING Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked. There are two additional parking spots available for visitors although those spots are shared between the other 3 units. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs. Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations. TRASH Trash day is Wednesday. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen. EXTRA GUEST We allow an additional 2 guests beyond the maximum number of guests. The charge would be $50 per person per day.
