We're right in the heart of "downtown" Gardiner with easy walking access to restaurants, groceries, shopping and amenities, making our Inn the perfect basecamp for a North Yellowstone adventure! The space Our Deluxe Two Bedroom Kitchen Suite is our largest and most comfortable option perfect for larger families, multi-generational groups, or small multifamily groups. The Suite includes ramp access to the front door, accessible shower and toilet, accessible stove and other ADA features. With 750 square feet to spread out and a maximum capacity of 9, we make sure that we have everything well stocked for your time away from the park. Sleeping quarters include a King bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two full sleeper sofas spread out in the living room, and an ottobed (a twin-sized ottoman that can be used for sleeping--best for kids!). There's a full kitchen and dining area with all of the kitchen essentials, full-sized fridge, range, pots and pans, and diningware to cook at your home away from home. If you prefer to eat out we have great options we can recommend within walking distance. The suite also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower, towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and all of the other essentials for your stay with us. Enjoy a communal courtyard with BBQs and outdoor dining nooks as well as a patio in front of your room with views directly into Yellowstone National Park! Guest access Guests have full access to their suite and motel-style stoops and outdoor seating, as well as shared access to grills, on-site (uncovered and unassigned) parking, and a small outdoor dining area. Enjoy! Other things to note Before you book, read on to make sure we’re the right fit for your outdoor adventure! Pets: We love hosting dogs! If you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please add them directly to your reservation at booking, at which point the pet fee ($20/dog/night) will be calculated directly into your trip total on the booking screen. Then, please shoot us a message with their name(s) and how many you plan to bring along (two max), and we’ll send you our pet policy and information. See “Additional Rules” for more. While we do offer fiber optic internet service across the property, we’re still in a small mountain town, which means the occasional storm or outage may prevent or slow connection. We don’t recommend planning to Zoom into any important meetings on-site if it’s something you need 100% reliable connection for, but generally, there are no issues streaming, accessing email, or uploading your epic photos from the day! For the safety of our guests, we maintain outdoor security cameras to monitor the suite entrances and outdoor walkways, as well as the parking lot, picnic area, dumpster, and entry to the guest provisions room. This way, we can keep an eye on wildlife visits, fire risk, hazardous elements, and other safety protocols. Many Yellowstone roads close seasonally (typically sometime in October through late April or May, and periodically earlier or later depending on storm systems), during which time the only access to Gardiner is from highway 89 from the North (from Livingston). If you are traveling from West Yellowstone, the Tetons, or other starting points to the South, West or East, you’ll want to build in extra driving time for fall, winter, and spring visits. Occasionally, Highway 89 (North-South route from Livingston and I-90 to Gardiner) and the northern section of the Grand Loop Road (from Gardiner to Cooke City through Yellowstone) will close due to heavy snowfall. During winter, please be advised to carry snow chains in your vehicle to comply with chain requirements and potential inclement weather. Fire season typically falls between summer and early fall in the area, so air quality may be unhealthy during this time, particularly among sensitive groups. Ask us about our fire and cancelation policy ahead of time if you’re concerned. We hope you enjoy this neck of the woods as much as we do. Welcome to Yellowstone!
