Tucked behind a historic 19th-century farmhouse, this serene 900+sf guest suite offers privacy, comfort, and charm. Enter via a vine-covered arbor into your own courtyard garden. Inside, enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite bath and a large walk-in closet, a cozy living room with couch, futon converted to a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a mahogany bar. With hardwood floors and abundant natural light, it’s the perfect retreat for relaxing or exploring nearby Princeton. The space Five minutes drive to Princeton University or downtown. The Guest suite is a secondary unit attached to but well separated from the main house. We live in the main house. The driveway is across the street from Lake Carnegie and has a bright yellow mailbox. Please park in the spot allocated at the top of the driveway just outside the white arbor. The entrance to the guesthouse is through the arbor and up the stone path into the courtyard garden that is all for you to use. The front door is bright yellow. Guest access The whole guesthouse plus the courtyard is for guest to use. There is additional parking space available upon request. Other things to note Onsite Level 2 EV charging available (Tesla only) upon request for a nominal fee.
