Description
La Réunion Luxury Beach House is a South Shore cliffside property overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Nestled in quiet year-round community, La Réunion offers all the amenities of the cape and none of the crowds and traffic. There are many amenities and places to relax inside and outside. The access point for the neighborhood beach is only a few houses down the street (5-10 minutes by walk). The space When entering the house, the first floor offers a TV room with a pull-out couch, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette including washer/dryer, and a small storage closet for infant and pet items. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms. There is a dedicated master bathroom and another bathroom with a shower on the same floor. One of the bedrooms is connected to the TV room on the first floor through a balcony. The guests in the master bedroom can directly go to the patio with the swing beds from their room. The fourth bathroom with a shower is located between the second and third floors. The third floor consists of the large kitchen incl dining area and the spacious living room. The kitchen also gives access to one of the outside decks. A small staircase from the living room goes up into the attic-level loft that is home to three twin floor mattresses. The house is surrounded by a large garden, a small path leads to the ocean deck including the breath-taking beach views from the sandy cliff. Guest access This listing is a whole house with nobody else at the property. Other things to note Please familiarize yourself with the layout of the bedrooms and the different places to sleep. We've seen many groups of 10 and more people having a great time together, just be aware that groups of that size will have to utilize the pull out sofa, the futons (not full length), and the twin floor mattresses in the loft above the living room. The loft above the living room is connected through the original stairs from circa 1970 with shorter treads and less hand rail support than a stair built today would have - a big favorite for children of age 5+, but not suited for someone who needs extra support when climbing stairs.
