One master bedroom with a king size bed and private full bathroom. One full guest bathroom. Both bathrooms on main level of unit. Large loft with two additional full size beds and play/work space. (ladder to loft and low ceiling height may not be ideal for all guests). Central AC/Heat, heated bathroom floors. All new appliances, furniture, fixtures, etc. Accommodations for up to 8 possible with the queen sleeper sofa. Kindly note there is a $25 fee per additional guest beyond 6 people. If you are staying with us in WINTER, our driveway is gravel and un-plowable. There is street parking close by and Rockport provides free parking in municipal lots during snow emergencies. Guest access Apartment #2 and 1 parking space.
