There is also a full basement with rustic barn style finishes, equipped with another bar for winter nights. Just bring your own drinks to serve yourself and your loved ones. House is less than an hour drive from Philadelphia and roughly 2.5 hrs from the New York City. Popular South Jersey beaches are only 40 mins to 1 hr drive. Pool, outdoor bar, outhouse restroom are only open during summer months from 3rd week of May to end of September. On warmer days, guests can still sit at ourdoor bar but appliances and water supply will be closed during winter. Utility closet in basement and outside storage sheds in the yard are not accessible. As a house policy, no parties/events are allowed by inviting any additional guests from outside. It is a non smoking house and hence smoking is only allowed in designated place outside the hom.
