The space Stay in the heart of Boston’s iconic Back Bay, just two blocks from lively Newbury Street, minutes from Boston Common and the Public Garden, and within easy walking distance to shops, cafés, restaurants, and historic landmarks. The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. It also includes stunning California Closets with ample storage space and hangers to keep your belongings neatly organized during your stay. After a long day exploring the city, step into the living area, styled with boho-inspired décor, including a gorgeous, comfy pink couch paired with matching rattan-leafed furniture. A large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities makes it the perfect spot to unwind. The kitchen is brand-new and beautifully renovated with an open layout, making it bright and functional. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, baking sheet, wine glasses, and all necessary cooking utensils. A spacious kitchen counter with seating for four on stylish stools makes dining or enjoying morning coffee easy and convenient. Pantry staples such as coffee, oil, or spices are not provided unless kindly left behind by previous guests. The private bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower (no tub), with fresh towels, basic toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron with an ironing board provided for your convenience. Please note, face cloths are not provided. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy easy access to Boston’s best attractions. For your comfort, the unit has a window AC in the summer and baseboard heating in the winter. Please note the heat cannot be individually adjusted, as the entire building shares one heating system—typical of many Boston brownstones. Good to know: This one-bedroom apartment is on the third floor of an older, large brownstone building in historic Back Bay. There is a tiny elevator that fits 1–2 people (or 1 person with luggage), but due to its historic nature, we cannot guarantee it will always be in service. If the elevator is unavailable, access is by stairs only. No refunds will be issued if the elevator is out of service during your stay. There are outside steps before reaching the elevator, and due to the size and reliability of the elevator, the unit is not ideal for guests with mobility challenges. This one-bedroom combines a freshly renovated, open kitchen layout with stylish boho furnishings, ample storage with California Closets, and the charm of an **older, large Boston brownstone—**offering a bright, beautifully designed retreat after a day of city adventures! 🧺 Laundry & Essentials Common laundry is located in the basement—paid via phone app. 🚶‍♀️3rd floor, front facing. 👶 Traveling with Kids? We offer a Pack & Play for $50 per stay. Please request it 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🌡️ Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance) This unit has window AC during the warmer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31 and NOT controllable by unit. Other things to note 🚫 Tiny Elevator (not reliable) – 3rd floor. 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 🅿️ Parking – Limited availability. Nearby parking can be reserved for $40/night, it's about a 15 minute walk away. (rates may vary during events/holidays). You can also book nearby parking through the SpotHero app. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. ❄️ Winter Heating – Please note that the older heating system may occasionally make noises when operating. This is normal and part of the building’s classic Boston character. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. Registration Details STR-571670
