#5-Home away from home

Home away from home in the suburbs of Boston, We welcome everyone and try to make sure you have a comfortable stay. This room is located downstairs in the basement. A private room with a queen size bed w/ drawers,desk, TV, small clothes rack. Also located in the basement is one other air b and b private room next to it. As you go down the stairs the room is straight ahead. To the left of the stairs is a shared half bath and laundry area that is shared by everyone. The space This is a small cape house with five rooms owner occupied. I have a minimum 2 to 3 months. We have a living room, eat in kitchen one and a half bathrooms, laundry area and a backyard patio. Everyone is welcome to use any of the common areas. I provide space in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinet for dry goods. We have a driveway that can park four cars tandem and off street parking. Other things to note This is an owner occupied home. Our guest rooms are booked through Airbnb, the majority is college age, students, internships, grad students… We share all the common areas, and I provide space in the kitchen for food, the refrigerator and freezer. All cooking utensils , cookware, dishes, etc. are also provided. We want you to feel at home… Our home is your home!
