Check-in/out times are flexible when possible. Noise decibel monitors are used to prevent parties — they measure sound level only (no audio recording). Guest access You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself and self check-in via smart lock. Entry is through a shared building entrance/common areas, and your unit has its own private, lockable door. Smoke/Fire Alarm Notice: - The home has monitored smoke alarms. Smoking indoors may trigger an emergency dispatch; any city-issued false alarm fines may be deducted from the deposit. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect: - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM (no music/noise). - Please be mindful of neighbors — this is a quiet residential building. Gatherings, Parties & Events: - No parties, events, or amplified music. - Small gatherings must be approved in advance; a post-event cleaning fee of $150–$250 may apply. - No confetti/glitter. Registered Guests & Overnight Stays: - Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Smoking, Vaping & Open Flames: - No smoking/vaping/hookah/drug use indoors or in the garage. - A $500 remediation fee (+ tax) applies for any evidence of indoor smoking. - No candles/incense/open flames indoors. Safety & Security: - Exterior cameras monitor the garage and building entry/common areas (no cameras inside the apartment). - Do not disable smoke/CO detectors. - Please lock doors/windows when leaving. Parking & Garage Guidelines: - Two designated garage parking spaces are included. No oversized trucks/vans. - Level-2 EV charger available — please unplug after charging is complete. - No idling/repairs/mechanical work in the garage. Damage, Spills & Maintenance Issues: - Please report spills/damages/malfunctions promptly. - Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear per Airbnb policy. Kitchen & Laundry: - Use appliances freely; coffee/tea provided. - Turn off stove/oven after use; never leave cooking unattended. - Dishwasher: run it or hand-wash and stack dishes before checkout. - Washer/dryer: clean the lint filter after use. - Iron/board provided. Internet & Streaming: - High-speed Wi-Fi throughout. - No illegal downloads/copyright infringement.
