The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted. SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.
