The apartment: - 1x queen size bed. - 2 guests MAX. - 1x full bathroom. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Self flexible check-in. - Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately. Parking: - No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking. - We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle. Check-in: - Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation. - Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal. - 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal. - Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute. Pets: - Pets are not allowed. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation. - We have a doorbell camera. - Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building. - This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history.
