The Lobster Trap, located in charming downtown Gloucester, is a quick walk to Main St , Beauport Hotel and Pavilion Beach. From the spacious living & dining room areas to the cooks kitchen, it'll feel like you never left home. The outdoor gazebo is perfect for family Lobster Bakes or Boils with comfortable seating and a screened in area to enjoy year around! With 3 spacious bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a game room for the kids, The Lobster Trap has it all! The space The Lobster Trap is located in the heart of downtown Gloucester on a quiet one way street right off Washington St. The house includes (2) full off street parking spots in a large spacious driveway. We have 3 large bedrooms that feature 2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed. We also have an additional pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. The outdoor area futures a large gazebo with relaxing outdoor seating, ceiling fan and screened in area for a total relaxed and comfortable feel. Here's a breakdown for each bedroom and floor: **Heating all throughout the house** 1st Floor: 1 - Pullout Queen sofa bed in Living Room Kitchen Dining Room 1/2 - Bathroom Mini Split AC 50” Smart TV 2nd Floor: 1 - King Bedroom with 55" Smart TV w/ AC Window Unit 1 - King Bedroom with 55" Smart TV w/AC Window Unit 1 - Bathroom with walk in shower 1- Gameroom loft area with 50" Smart TV, Nintendo Switch, and gaming console hookup 3rd Floor: 1 - Queen Bedroom w/AC Window Unit 1- Bathroom - walk in bathtub with a handheld shower head Yoga and Meditation equipment area which includes 2 yoga mats, foam roller and blocks. Outdoor Area: Large 16x16 Gazebo with wrap around seating and dining room table Electric hookup Ceiling fan Full laundry available in basement by request. Below is a quick walking timing guide: Downtown Main St - 5 minutes Boulevard - 6 minutes Beauport Hotel - 9 minutes Whale Watch and Harbor Tours - 10 minutes T (Boston Train - Purple Line) Station - 6 minutes The T train will take you to downtown Boston (North Station), with plenty of stops along the way, including Salem MA. Salem is a 25 minute drive from the property. Restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance or less include: Oak to Ember, Tonno, The Franklin, Two Sisters Cafe, Waterfront Cafe, Virgillio's, 1606 Restaurant and Oyster Bar, Short and Main Guest access Guest have full access to the entire house and outdoor area Other things to note Check In is 4pm Check Out is 11am This is a quiet local residential area, no parties are permitted. Gloucester has a noise curfew after 10pm. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home.
