Other things to note This is an apartment inside house . We also have a studio apartment in the lower level that it is also rented to Airbnb guests. No extra guests or visitors allowed. No parties, gatherings, or film shoots. No smoking, vaping, or pets. Please respect the neighbors and minimize the noise after 10 PM.
