Welcome to my stylish 500 sq ft studio + 120sf balcony in the iconic Ilikai Hotel—located on the 7th floor of my favorite harbor-facing wing at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd. It’s perfect for those who enjoy breathtaking harbor and sunset views and prefer less elevator time :-) I happily share this family-friendly space comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with two queen beds—one standard and one plush pull-out sofa. You’ll find a full kitchen for convenient meals, a modern bathroom with shower, and a private lanai to soak in those postcard-worthy harbor sunsets. You're just steps from Waikiki’s beaches, shops, and restaurants—making it an ideal base to experience Oahu’s vibrant island life. Building security is on-site 24/7, and our team/cleaner is just a phone call away should anything come up. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises. A $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. . ABOUT PARKING: Building on-site parking is currently $45 per night (please confirm upon check-in). Uber is quite convenient in the area, and daily car rentals are also available at Hertz on the first floor. . SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM - Same Floor The washing machine costs $3, and the dryer is another $3. Detergent is available for $2 from the dispenser. All machines accept credit cards. . No Resort Fee & A Luggage Storage Charge of $2 per bag The Ilikai offers both privately managed units, like mine, and hotel-operated rooms. Hotel rooms incur an additional daily resort fee of ~$40, which covers services like free luggage storage and daily cleaning/refill. In contrast, private units like mine do not charge such resort fee. However, early arrivals needing luggage storage through the hotel luggage desk is charged at a cost of $2 per bag. Additional cleaning or supply refills can be arranged in advance for an extra cleaning fee. Finally, we love hosting guests who appreciate a peaceful, self-sufficient stay in our well-equipped space.
