The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay. Considerations - 1) This home is on a lake, all children must be supervised. From the front door there are several steps to get up into the home, this front door is where the electronic door lock is located. There are several steps to get onto the deck from the outside. From the Livingroom, the deck is on the same level. 2) Reverse Osmosis water filtration is provided for drinking water. 3) Home is located in a small neighborhood with many families, quiet hours are strictly enforced. 19 Miles / ~35min drive to TD Garden 21 Miles /~30min drive to Gillette Stadium 30 Miles /~40min drive to Xfinity Center Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Owner and Supply closets are locked. Other things to note * Lake Holbrook does not permit swimming. Fishing and non-motorized boats (Canoes, Kayaks) are allowed. * Due to liability reasons, we do not provide life vests, inflatable floats, paddle boards, boats, canoes, or kayaks of any kind. We stock the home with an assortment of eco-conscientious cleaning products, so there's no need for you to purchase any for your stay. We have laundry detergent, dishwasher, multi-surface, antibacterial, swifter wet mops, and many other products for your convenience.
