This cozy studio apartment is on a well traveled rd & minutes from NYC Ferry, Sea Bright,Highlands, Red Bank and Sandy hook. Ideal for solo travelers/couples. Easy access to pkway, major rds . The studio offers comfort and convenience. Full bed, full pull-out couch, & packnplay. 1 Full Bathroom w/shower.Refrigerator, micro,stove/ovenAC/Heat/WiFi/Private entrance/parking lot. Studio below hosts weekend events 11am-6pm *No more than 2 guests *No parties/smoking/pets *No grilling The space Entrance to studio and parking lot is on Rt 36 side. 2nd floor upstairs. Guest access 2nd floor is the studio with full size bed/full pullout couch. Extra Clean sheets and pillows are in long grey ottoman/bench. Clean towels in bathroom. 2 Beach chairs by coat rack. Other things to note Our air conditioning system is housed on the first floor. Guests do not have access to this but the temperature is always set at a comfortable 65 degrees.
