Enjoy strolls along the Atlantic Path, the Headlands, and the buzz of the village. Breathtaking seaside views, beaches, cafes, eclectic shops and galleries, and the Shalin Liu Performance Center are within easy walking distance. Walk to iconic Motif #1, kayak, hike, or unwind at any of the nearby beaches. Rockport offers stunning natural beauty, historic charm & the finest music and art north of Boston. Explore nearby Salem, MA, known for its witch trials history, or take a day trip to bustling Boston, just a short drive or train ride away. An ideal wake for kids to play, but please note this is an unguarded beach. With two inviting bedrooms featuring 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds, a relaxing living area complete with a comfy leather sofa and gas fireplace for chilly seacoast evenings, our cottage is designed for minimalist comfort and style. 🛏️ New beds, memory foam mattresses, and furniture make it feel fresh, clean, and easy to live in. This one-floor cottage appointed solely for guests has fun accents, games and all the modern and standard amenities to make charging your phone, cooking, streaming in bed, or playing tunes easy. 😎 Enjoy natural aesthetic furnishings; local coastal art; dimmable LED lighting; and a smart 32" Samsung Frame TV which displays art of your choosing or for easy streaming. The cottage is very bright with lots of windows - I personally love light and sunshine - our shades are not window darkening shades so you might want to bring an eye mask. The living room includes several board games for quality family time. Window AC units keep the home cool in the warmer months, gas fireplace in the colder ones. ♒ Strong Airbnb-measured Wi-Fi accommodates many users and devices. ☕️ The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with complimentary coffee and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. 🦞 Sun floods into a breezy dining area with large table for shared lobster dinners followed by card games into the evening. 🌤️ The large deck off sunroom slider with lounge & Adirondack seating and propane grill is perfect retreat for enjoying the coastal climate. All items needed for an easy start on the grill are provided in the home. 🤿 Rockport summer weather is perfect for a snooze in the hammocks strung between mature shade trees in the backyard.
