Our spacious retreat offers plenty Welcome to our beach home! Our property offers plenty of space and off-street parking for a hassle-free stay. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a couch and TV, a dining area that seats four, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The home features two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Full bed We provide fresh linens and bath towels for your convenience. The full bathroom includes a hair dryer, body soap, and shampoo, so you can pack light. Whether you're here for a beach getaway or a short stay, our home is set up to make your visit easy and comfortable. Guest access Guests will have access to the upstairs unit, outdoor area and front yard for parking. Other things to note This is the second floor unit of a 2 unit home. Steps are required for access. Outdoor spaces are shared between the top and bottom unit. There is one common entrance for the two units with secondary locked doors for each individual unit once inside. No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. No Proms/HS graduation groups The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in. The apartment is all on a single floor, however please note that approximately 2 steps are required to access the front door. All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided. The outdoor areas are shared spaces with the upstairs unit.
