The space Welcome to this spacious 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home, perfect for large groups and families. The home offers a comfortable and private layout, with a private studio unit on the first floor and the main residence occupying the upper floors. The house features ample space, modern amenities, and a fantastic location near casinos, shopping centers, and attractions. Main Entrance & Second Floor The main entrance is located on the second floor of the house, accessible by an exterior staircase. Upon entry, you will be greeted by a large and inviting living room, complete with two spacious couches and a 65-inch Smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining room, which comfortably seats up to 10 people—additional seating is possible, but space may be tight. Next to the dining area is the fully enclosed chef’s kitchen, offering plenty of counter space and appliances for your cooking needs. A half bathroom is also located in the kitchen area. From here, you can step out onto the back deck, which features outdoor seating and a barbecue grill—perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Also located on the second floor is one queen-sized bedroom with an enclosed private bathroom for added convenience. Third Floor The third floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms: Master Suite: Spacious room with a king-size bed and an enclosed private bathroom. Two Queen Bedrooms: Each features a queen-size bed, and they share a full bathroom located in the hallway. Fourth Floor The fourth floor offers two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms: Bedroom 1: Features two queen-size beds and an enclosed private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Features three twin-size beds and an enclosed private bathroom. First Floor: Private Studio Apartment On the first floor (basement level), there is a completely private studio unit with its own entrance and keypad access. This studio features: A queen-size bed A full private bathroom A small kitchen Ideal for guests looking for extra privacy Parking Information There are 3 to 4 parking spots available for guests: • Backyard Parking: 2 to 3 cars can park here, depending on vehicle size. Smaller cars may fit up to 4, but this is not recommended. • Front Parking Spot: There is one designated parking spot in front of the studio section. Additional street parking may be available but is subject to local regulations. This home offers ample space, privacy, and convenience, making it a great choice for families and groups. The code will be provided the day of check in. Other things to note This is NOT a party house. There is a 10 PM city-wide noise ordinance. If you are looking to party, play loud music, get drunk and rowdy, or talk loudly outside after dark, this house is not for you. This AirBNB consists of two separate units with two separate entrances and keypads: • The Main House: A six-bedroom home with its own private entrance. • The Private Studio: A separate one-bedroom unit with its own keypad entrance. Together, these make up a seven-bedroom rental, but the studio is completely private and separate from the main house. Additionally, Unit #1 on the property is occupied by our superintendent/handyman who lives on-site. They will stay out of your way unless you need assistance with anything related to the house. Your group must be 21+ to book this property. This is a city-wide rule. We do not host prom groups.
