Please note: The basement has one lower duct bulkhead and a lower shower entrance. Taller guests (6’0”+) should mind their head! Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the main floor, finished basement, bedrooms, bathrooms, office, kitchen, and living spaces. You’ll also have access to a private driveway for parking and a private backyard. Please note…the yard is not fully fenced. Entry is simple with self check-in via a front door smart lock. There are three steps leading up to the front entrance with a handrail for safety. Please note: Garage access is not available at this time. One storage closet inside the home is reserved for owner use and will remain locked. All other areas are fully available for your use. Other things to note We are proud to offer a dog-friendly home! Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. We kindly ask that all pet owners: * Limit 2 dogs per stay 🐩🐕‍🦺 * Pet cleaning fee $100 per dog/ stay * Keep pets off the furniture and beds. * Clean up after pets, both inside and pick up waste from yard 💩 * Only bring friendly, non-aggressive dogs, as there are small children in the neighborhood. * Never leave pets unattended inside the home unless properly crated. * Additional Pet Fees applied added to booking. Hardwood Floors — Paws & Respect, Please! 🐾We love dogs (and welcome them!), but our newly refinished hardwood floors don’t love long toenails — especially from our bigger furry friends. 🐾Please keep your pup’s nails trimmed to help prevent scratches. 🐾Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets — including nail marks or floor gouges. 🐾Thanks for helping us keep The Dahl House floors as beautiful as your stay! Please note: 😿Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns. Guests are fully responsible for their pets and agree to cover the cost of any damage caused by them. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, flooring, doors, landscaping, and any additional cleaning required as a result of pet activity.
