This home is a well maintained, very clean, minimalistic style home with large fenced yard. 10-15 min from the AC Inter Airport . Easy to get to the A.C. Expressway and Garden State Parkway. This is a friendly family orientated neighborhood. Guest access For home safety, ONLY registered Airbnb guests allowed. Feel free to use any cooking utensils and cookware. Please load dishwasher, owner will unload and put everything away. Quiet hours Sunday - Thursday are 10pm-8am. Friday/Saturday night quiet hours are 1100pm-8am. There is a back porch with chairs that you can relax - watch the numerous hummingbirds during their migration season. ALWAYS KEEP BACK GATES CLOSED. Water has a purifier on the tap. During your stay If you'd like me to meet you upon arrival, I'll be more than happy to. If you'd prefer your privacy, instructions will be provided on how to enter the home. I give you as much privacy as you'd like, but I'm also always available through the Airbnb message service or in person if you need anything. Just let me know how to make your visit as fun and comfortable as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your requests, please ask! Other things to note Quiet times are 10pm-8am. Do not adjust the thermostat. The house is set at 72F in warm months and 70F (or colder if you prefer) in cold months. Speak to me first before adjusting the temps. I will reasonably accommodate. I provide (2) beach chairs, beach towels, and Ocean City seasonal beach tags. If not returned, I will charge the price I paid for them. $40 each chair, $12 each towel, and $25 for EACH beach tag. You must keep the gates to the back yard closed at all times.
