The space Outdoor Spaces: - Mini Golf Putting Green: Practice before hitting the links - Fire Pit: Enjoy smores in this scenic location with your family and friends - Outdoor Shower: only available seasonably but IYKYK what a treat this is - Upper Deck: the stairs out front lead you to the upstairs deck where you can get the best views of the ocean. Here you will find a large dining table for outdoor meals. - Beach: Our home is associated with a private beach. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk from the home. We have a wagon that you can use to haul your items. Please note in photos: there is a long staircase down to the beach, but we promise its worth the effort. Bedrooms: - Master: King bed located on the first floor next to a full bath. Perfect for family members who struggle with stairs. - 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, upper level - 3rd Bedroom: Full over Twin Bunk Bed with trundle. Could sleep 4 children. Located on the upper level. - 4th Bedroom: single chair pull out sofa. We recommend this for a child. We also have a pack and play available for this room. Here is where the dedicated workspace is also located. Upper level. Main Areas: - Kitchen/Dining: Brand new appliances, airfryer, crockpot, blender, etc. Dining room table with seating for the whole crew. Lower level - Living Room: Two couches for 5 plus two side chairs. Upper level. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the two levels of living space, outdoor decks, fire pit, and mini-golf putting green. For your convenience, we offer a seamless and easy self check-in process via a smart lock, allowing you to arrive at your leisure after the designated check-in time. Other things to note * **Beach Access:** Our home is associated with a private beach, located a 5 minute walk down the road. We provide a wagon to help you carry your beach gear. Please be aware that there is a long staircase leading down from the street to the beach, but we promise the beautiful sandy shore is worth the effort. * **Not Beachfront:** To ensure clear expectations, please note that while the home has wonderful ocean views and is very close to the beach, it is not located directly on the beachfront. * **Security:** For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the driveway and entry points. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. * **Seasonal Amenities:** The outdoor shower is available for use seasonally, typically from late spring through early fall.
