Right behind the cottage is a compostable outhouse and a propane heated outdoor shower that delivers warm to hot water. Outdoor sitting area overlooks gardens, goat pastures and small barns. The space Located on a quiet back road in southern Berkshire county. Dandelion Hill Farm is a sustainable, micro-goat dairy. Friendly goats, gardens galore, goat milk, fresh cheese, Yogurt and eggs are all aspects of this charismatic farm. -Wooded acres behind the farm. - Mix of hard wood and pines border the farm. - Stone ledges and out croppings of rock on the hills - Fruit trees, vegetable and perennial gardens grace the land. -Lots of hiking trails close by including the AT and Land Trust Conservancy trails, swimming holes and lakes. -15 mins to the town Of Great Barrington. Guest access Drive into Farms Driveway. Continue pass the house up the driveway and stay to your left and then take an immediate right and quick left into parking area. There is a welcome sign in the parking space. Walk to the left of the cottage, around outdoor shower and you will see the front door. The front door will be open and there is a combination lock to set for your safety when you are not at the cottage. If you plan to arrive after dark, please let us know and we will leave the lights on for you. Safe Travels Other things to note Please ask before going into gardens and pastures. Fences are electic! There is a friendly Border Collie that lives on the farm. Her name is Shiva. She might come to say hello. We would prefer if you visit without your pets.
