Shared bathroom only with one other room, very clean and well maintained. NYC is about 20 minutes away by bus. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk, with direct buses to Manhattan and Port Authority Bus Terminal. Times Square is about 20–25 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by car. A one-way bus ticket costs about $4. You can pay cash to the driver or use the NJ Transit app. Buses run approximately every 5 minutes, and you can enjoy beautiful views of Manhattan during the trip. Parking Information Street parking is available, but you will need to find an open space. Overnight parking permits are required and can be purchased online from the North Bergen Parking Authority website or in person at their office. The cost is approximately $10 per day. Please carefully read all street parking signs. Do not park during street cleaning hours or in front of fire hydrants or crosswalks, as vehicles may be ticketed or towed. Guests are responsible for following all parking regulations. House Rules Smoking of any kind and drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parties and loud music are not allowed at any time. All guests are expected to be respectful of others in the house. Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, wipes, or tissues, as this may cause plumbing issues and repair costs. Pets are not allowed, except for verified service animals.
