Things to Note: The Cove is part of a quiet, small community with only 10 units. Pathways and patios are shared, but your private deck ensures space for solitude. There is no wheelchair accessibility due to entryway steps. There are No Pets allowed anywhere on the premises or in the units. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM to maintain the serene atmosphere.
