Shiny and polished wood flooring, clean and bright paint and plenty of windows makes this apartment the perfect place to live while you concentrate on your studies. It's also a 10-minute walk to the newly-opened Union Square T Stop (green line), making the city accessible from the apartment. The space The bedroom that is available is large enough for a queen bed and work space. Sunny and spacious living room is a great space for spending time with roommates and friends. The bathrooms have recently been updated with tile and marble counter. The kitchen has clean and shiny marble. Brand new laundry machines are located in the basement for convenience. Other things to note Parking: You will need to have a parking pass to park on the street. You can apply for a temporary parking pass valid for 30 days to the city of Somerville. If you still need parking after 30 days, you will have to find parking elsewhere. We highly suggest using these 30 days to find garage parking suitable to your needs. Lease: A signed leasing agreement is required for any stay longer than 28 days.
