If you’ve been searching for the perfect place to call home during your stay on the lake, you can stop looking. This one bedroom + sofa bed apartment has a queen size bedroom, a kitchen/dining area, a separate, spacious living space with a sofa bed to serve as a 2nd bedroom, as well as your own private balcony with a patio set, grill, and unobstructed lake views! The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is also a remote workspace. The space This property is meant to be a place where you can relax, explore and make wonderful memories. Whether you are enjoying the serene views from the patio, spending time on the dock or venturing out to explore the local restaurants and activities we hope your stay is memorable. There are two kayaks, a paddleboard and rafts for your use. With the dock slip available for guest for a for an additional fee, you could even bring your own boat or rent one from a local marina to have here during your stay. Guest access The property contains a single-family home as well as a second home with three apartments. This listing is for apartment #2. We (Janice and Anthony) live in the single family home. The apartments are private, but the property is shared by all. We love hosting guests and strive to make you feel at ease, whether that means giving you your privacy, social icing down by the dock or helping with anything you may need Other things to note Please note: The property is on a fairly steep decline from the driveway to the water. The apartment is about halfway down, but if you struggle with stairs, it’s likely not the best fit for your stay. It’s about three flights of stairs down to apartment #2 and about the same from the apartment to the water
