When not exploring the community, come back here for a soft place to fall. Swim in the pool (May-October). Kayak in the water right from the backyard. BBQ with the family. Very popular Hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Fully stocked kitchen is ready for your arrival. This is a non smoking/no party home. The space Single family dwelling. Stairs and main entrance via the carport. Main floor includes a bedroom with queen bed, dressers and closet, window AC unit. A full bathroom and an open concept fully stocked kitchen, island and table seating, living room with TV. Second level includes master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom, TV and dressers for clothing. The MB may be considered a loft area however, there are sliding glass windows to close the MB from the living room area for quiet and privacy. Beautiful view of the pond, deck off MB. The closet is secured. Lower level includes bedroom with queen bed and full pullout couch. TV, window AC unit. There is a full bathroom, and a laundry room with window AC unit. Large deck off the main floor that wraps to the front side of the property. The deck includes gates on all three stairway access points. This is a private and serene setting overlooking the pond, the pool and gardens. Plenty of seating on the deck, barbecue and enjoy dinner with family and friends. The pool does not include a diving board. The pool area is fenced, and gated . The pool is heat is primarily controlled by solar. A propane heater is available as a backup heating system. Pool temperature is set to 85 via solar heat and 80 for propane. This property abuts Duxbury Town Forest and Conservation land. Town owned cranberry bogs, walking and biking trails. The woods and cranberry bogs are home to many animals including deer and coyotes. Although you may not see the coyotes, you may hear them on occasion howling along with their pups in the evening. The deer follow a path almost daily through the property, typically in the evening. They travel across the driveway, the walking path and past the backside of the pool area. Please do not let your dog chase the deer. Please keep your dogs leashed when not in the fenced in area. Guest access Entire home and full access to property for guests. Other things to note Pool is completely fenced in. Deck has multiple assess points with safety gates. Doors leading outside also have locks for safety of pets and children. Children should not be left unattended near pool.
