Free on-site parking is provided for your convenience. Other things to note This is a true oceanfront home, so you’ll enjoy the sounds of waves and fresh sea breezes throughout your stay. You may see the occasional beachgoer or local fisherman passing by. The backyard is a shared space, and the caretaker lives on the property to help maintain the home and ensure a smooth experience. The ocean is directly behind the home and not gated—please keep a close eye on children and ensure their safety at all times. We provide basic beach gear and home essentials for your comfort, including a starter supply kit with items such as coffee, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. These are intended to get you settled in, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the initial set runs out. Please note this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. The rental term will reflect a full 30-day period, and rates are fixed for that term—regardless of the number of days the property is occupied.
