Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, 1st Floor Bathroom 1: Full with stall shower- 1st Floor Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed on the second floor, with a private door leading to a balcony with views of Cape Cod Bay. The balcony offers seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the fresh sea air. Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, 2nd Floor Bedroom 4: Two twin beds, 2nd Floor Bathroom 2: Full with stall shower- 2nd Floor Window AC units are in each bedroom and two additional units are in the main living areas, ensuring cool comfort throughout the home.
