Living room: Queen-sized pullout sofa bed, smart TV, mini bar, and workspace. Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with pillow-top mattress, blackout curtains, and LED makeup mirror. Kitchen: fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and cutlery/dishes. Bathroom: Towels, hairdryer, and starter toiletries. Small private fenced side yard with a bench. There is ample parking on the street in the front and to the side of the house. This house is in the Bywater Art District, a quiet, walkable neighborhood filled with a mix of artists, young professionals, and seasoned residents. The Crescent Park, a block away, is a direct path to the French Quarter. Guest access Door is equipped with keypad entry deadbolt. A unique key code will be sent prior to your stay. To engage or disengage the lock, punch in the code and turn the knob on the keypad to the left or right. Other things to note Please be mindful of our neighbor's driveways.
