A short walk to private or public salt water beach, Mill Creek featuring the historic ''Sandwich Boardwalk'', Cape Cod Canal where you can walk, bike, fish or enjoy the views. The space The house is located in a private neighborhood, "Town Neck". Easy walking distance access to the beach, downtown. New Airconditioning System installed for whole house. Guest access I will provide detail instructions for assess, Internet, Telephone, trash Pick up, TV, etc. Other things to note I do NOT supply bed linens, table lines and towels as there is not enough time to clean them and available for the next guest.
