There is trundle bed with 2 singles outside of the Master bedroom. Amazing spa bath on same floor with lady slipper jetted massage tub. 2nd floor has a bedroom with a double bed, full bath with jacuzzi tub and living room with pull-out couch and 55” TV. 1st floor has full kitchen, full bath, and sitting area with sleeper sofa. This Victorian home has 3 separate apartments, 1620 Seaview is Unit #1 and is over 1400 Sqft. It includes the left side of the home and the 3rd floor. There is a spacious patio out back with an outdoor shower, table and sitting area. It is perfect for 4-6 guests, but can sleep up to 10 by utilizing 2 sleeper sofas. * 2 Bedrooms (Queen bed & Double bed) * Trundle bed (2 singles) in loft on 3rd floor * 1 Queen sleeper sofa - 2nd floor * 1 Double (Full) sleeper sofa - 1st floor * 3 full baths The other two units located on the right side of the home are studio apartments and are listed separately or the entire house can be rented if available to accommodate up to 14 guests. Names of all guests over 18 must be provided. Standard price is for 6 guests, there is an additional fee per person for more than 6 guests.
