Sunny condo, 3 beds, walk to town and train

Large, sunny 1,750 sq ft condo in historic Concord near Old North Bridge, Walden Pond and historic sites. On the 3rd floor with 2 garage parking spaces, near Rideout playground that has tennis courts, swing set, basketball and park. Walk to the train station and West Concord with eclectic shops and restaurants (Woods Hill Table, Saltbox Kitchen) and cafes (Nashoba Bakery), and art galleries. The condo has 2 porches (700 square feet) and is decorated with modernist furniture and original artwork. The space Modern, open condo with porches on the south, west and north side. Guest access Access to full condo, secure entrance. Other things to note No smoking in the condo. WIFI is limited and not guaranteed. It works with laptops and desktops but not phones though the cell coverage works well so phones can access the internet via LTE cell coverage. The WIFI connection is provided through a Comcast/Xfinity business account and requires a few clicks for authorization. The TV is display only, there aren't any streaming services. You will need to use a laptop to connect via HDMI (provided) and then use any streaming services you may have. But rest assured there's also a radio and a lot of books as well as binoculars for birdwatching : )
