Beach Barn

Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs. The space There is a large living room with lots of windows, comfortable upholstered couch and oversized chair. There is a TV above the (non-working) fireplace. At the other end of the room is a dining room table with a bench and 4 chairs. The first floor bedroom has a king-size bed with bedside lamps. The kitchen has a small round table with 4 chairs, a standard stove and refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with common cooking and serving items. It also has a dishwasher. The bathroom on the main floor has a walk-in tub that also has a shower head for convenience. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a 2nd full bath. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and a chest of drawers. The larger bedroom has one full bed. In addition, a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full and a pull out twin on wheels under the full. Other things to note The Beach Barn has internet for your convenience. It is eqipped with a keyless entry, AirBnB will give you a log in code. It also has a ring camera on the front door. The Nest thermostat can be adjusted by touching and tapping the right side. Tap to see options, run finger up or down to see selections. Tap on the right side to make your selection. For warm weather guests, there are 5 outdoor chairs with cushions (kept in the garage) . There is also a solo firepit and a weber kettle grill in the garage. We have several outdoor activities stored in the garage, pickle ball rackets and corn hole game.
