Please note that smoking or vaping near open doors, windows, or vents is not allowed, as smoke and vapor can easily drift indoors and leave behind odor and residue. We kindly ask that all smoking or vaping be done at least 25 feet away from any building, door, or window to prevent this from happening. If there is any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the unit, or smoke infiltration caused by smoking near open windows or doors, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
