Rental unit in Worcester

Nice, bright, private room with a comfortable Queen bed, pillows and fresh linens always supplied. Guests have full access. Wi-Fi, Parking, full Kitchen,TV, with ( PS2 with Games and DVDs,Amazon fire tv, Laundry, Heat, Free included coffee, tea, soap and shampoo. Faces lovely Historic Elm Park, restaurants, shops, grocery store, train, all major bus lines are close. The space You will be set up in a private room with a fully made Full bed, and some storage. The house is a beautiful 100+ year old victorian with 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, storage room. My apartment provides the quintessential Worcester experience, as the "triple decker" style of the home--three apartments stacked on each other, is over a century old and is traditional in this area. We are located right off of a main street so expect some noise especially on the weekends. For getting around we are located close to the train statin, have a bus stop right outside the house and are a short drive away from I290 Please Note that for summer I do not have AC in the room (See the other details section for information about AC rentals) Also please note that I don’t own the laundry machines and they do break from time to time and when that happens they can be down for up to a week Please keep in mind we do have two dogs in the house, One is a little 5lb friendly 12 year old chihuahua and the other is a 7 year old Shiba Inu around 35lb who's very friendly but high energy. Odds are you won't see them much during your stay unless you ask to. Guest access Guests will have access to everything but the private bedrooms. Coin OP laundry in the building, Fully equipped kitchen, otherwise everything is included (TV with amazon fire stick), Internet, Electric, Heat, Hair Dryer, Ironing, USB charging station, Coffee Maker ext). We also have towels and toiletries. During your stay I’m happy to interact with guests and give tips on travel or local spots to check out but I also don’t mind giving you your space. Other things to note Parking - we have 3 off street spots that are first come first serve as well as parking on a safe side street next to the house. In winter on the day of snow storms there is a on street parking ban, Hudson street where we park you can park on the same side as our house but not on the opposite side. Please ask if you have any confusion. Early check in and late checkout can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee. Please be sure to ask us first to see if it will be available for your dates. This unit is listed without AC in summer, we do have a limited number of them available for $5 a day of the stay is over 7 days. Due to the age of the house we can generally run just one AC per floor without the electric tripping.
