Erected in the early 1800's but lovingly maintained over the course of centuries, this home has all the original character with plenty of stories to tell. ☆☆ FIRST FLOOR ☆☆ As you enter the home you are greeted with gleaming, wide plank, hardwood floors and an open concept living and dining space that seamlessly spills through double glass doors into a quaint and private garden. Off the living and dining room is the updated kitchen with butcher block counter tops and over-sized breakfast bar. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home cooked meal. Rounding out the main floor is the family room with the original exposed beams and the first floor full bath with walk in shower. This bedroom features a daybed with trundle - space for two to sleep! ☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆ Head up the windy staircase to the second floor and you'll find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom immediately at the top of the stairs features a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. In the middle of the hall you’ll find the another bedroom with a twin bed, and a desk for remote workspace. On this floor you will find a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, high ceilings, and a walk in closet with convenient laundry machines. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ Step outside and you will find a patio and a small fenced in yard area, a rare gem in the heart of Salem. There is also a bistro table for 2 for outdoor dining. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect.
