Coffee, creamer and sweeteners are waiting for you. The 8' dining table and custom bench offers plenty of seating for friends or family. Off the kitchen is a screened-in dining area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The bedrooms all have 100% cotton sheets (high thread count), comfy mattresses, and cotton spreads. There is no carpet in the home only area rugs. Guest access Access to the home is through an electronic door lock. Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for one small closet which contains the owner’s cleaning supplies. They will also have access to a 2-car garage with a remote control. Full access to the washer and dryer with laundry detergent, fabric softening sheets, and Shout. Additionally, plush towels, washcloths, and bathroom amenities are provided. Other things to note Please take note of the following information: - There are TVs in all of the bedrooms and a 65” TV in the living room. All of them have 5G Wi-Fi and free TV. - Board games and playing cards are located in the chest to the right of the living room TV. - The primary bedroom closet is equipped with an ironing board, iron, starch, and a spray bottle. Additionally, there is a Pack 'n Play/travel crib with bedding, as well as a box fan for those who prefer some background noise. - Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. - Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home.
