Venetian blinds are private yet let some light in. Bathroom has a new tub installed, and flooring as well. Dining area next to kitchen, and a comfortable relaxing living room to enjoy the evening with. Couch pulls out to a sofa Sleeper if you need six people. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the property. The laundry room down stairs is available to use on a first come first serve basis. It is secure and locked from your property for privacy and convenience. Other things to note Convenience store is a block away. Downtown Billings is a few blocks away - within walking distance in a safe neighborhood. Please respect the other guests in the other apartments. Don’t let children run through the place. Quiet time is between 10 pm- 6 am. There is a great restaurant called Nara a block away. Ring doorbell camera at front door - landlord has the right to ask for photo id to verify guest is the one making the reservation. Please - no pets and no smoking of any substances in or on the property. This building is a fourplex with three other long term renters. While there is no smoking in this unit of any substance, marijuana may linger from the other tenants. We try to get the smell out and clean it very well every time. We apologize if this offends you. Gatherings or celebrations of any kind require pre-approval of the host. Additional approved guests that spend the night will be subject to additional overnight fees. Quiet hours are 10pm-6 am. Please do not leave children unsupervised. Other tenants sleep at night - so please keep the noise down. Host reserves the right after approval to ask for valid current drivers license of the guest checking in. Profile must have a recognizable face picture. We do not rent to local people wanting a staycation. Go get a hotel. $25 for early checkin when possible if requested. $10 per hour for late check out after 10 am. Please try to generally leave place like you found it - including empty trash and wash the dishes. They can be left in the drying rack and we can put them away. $10 charge if we have to do the dishes. Vacuum and some general cleaning supplies are provided.
