The "Bird Cottage" is a private guest house nestled on the edge of our property along the Iberia/St. Martin parish line on Hwy 182. It's the perfect spot for relaxation. The cottage has great sunset views outside and is cozy inside. The front room doubles as a living room/full kitchen. Through a set of French doors-the bedroom and bathroom. The cottage has lots of charm with an artsy "bird" theme. You'll have the entire cottage and immediate yard to yourself. The space Cottage can sleep 3 adults. One queen size bed in bedroom and front room sofa opens into a full size bed. Extra bed linens are provided and located in chaise storage compartment of sofa.
