The space This charming newly renovated cottage is a 2 story, 2 BD, 1 Bath beach bungalow with an eat-in kitchen which boasts all brand new stainless steel appliances, an all-in-one washer/dryer combo for your convenience and brand new flat screen Smart TVs in every room. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, fireplace, smart TV with free WiFi, AC, vaulted ceilings, closet for hanging clothes and a dresser for additional storage. Linens, pillows and comforters are provided. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed style arrangement; a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. There is also a small dresser in this room and hooks for hanging clothes. This bedroom also has AC, and a smart TV with free WiFi access. Linens, pillows and comforters are provided. The living room offers an L shape sofa. The sofa is NOT a pull out bed. However, we provide a queen size air mattress for added convenience. Linens, pillows and comforters are provided. The kitchen offers all brand new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The kitchen is also equipped with a keurig coffee machine, coffee mugs, tea pot, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, cutting boards, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, etc. Bath towels and wash clothes are also provided. The cottage comes with 2 season beach badges, a beach box that includes 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas, and 4 beach towels. We also offer 2 bicycles (beach cruisers), located on the side of the cottage. If you choose to use the bicycles, please remember to use the bike lock when you are finished to avoid any theft.
