Harbor Breeze; a coastal escape

Take it easy at this tranquil seaside serenity - "no shoes, no shirt, no problems" :) My nautical themed coastal bungalow is just steps away from the Barnegat Bay and perfectly situated right in front of a picturesque harbor with a boat launch! This cozy retreat offers waterfront views, allowing you to watch boats drift by from the comfort of your own front porch. The interior is thoughtfully decorated creating a relaxing seaside atmosphere. Beach day? LBI and Island Beach both a short trip away The space Heating and Cooling. When you enter the front door, the thermostat is straight in next to the glass bookshelf. Adjust the temperature to your liking. Kitchen. Full access to kitchen. Help yourself to the oven/cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, outside grill, and George Forman mini skillet. Plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, and other various kitchen item you may want to use. Laundry. You have full access to the washer and dryer in the sunroom. Just make sure the switch from inside the house to the right of the teal door; both switches are turned on. That gives the sunroom and outside power/lighting. TV. You are more than welcome to use my subscriptions to Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/Tubi/ect. The TV in the living room and your bedroom are available. I also have an Alexa device if you want to listen to music. Outside. Any of the items outdoors or in the sunroom are available to use. Beach chairs, bodyboard, lounge chairs, patio dining set, fire pit, ect. Internet/WiFi Network information provided after booking. Towels/Toiletries /Amenities provided :) Guest access As mentioned in the listing, the whole house in available to use and you will have the place to yourself. Your bedroom is the back left corner room, next to the large white storage shelving. Other things to note Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay.
